Throughout our lives, we go through many different seasons: growth, challenges, suffering and breakthrough.  As a christian counselor, I see people who are ready to go deeper.  They're sick of staying stuck in the same unhealthy cycles and they long to experience inner peace.  It is my role to guide them through that journey, trusting the Holy Spirit to be their ultimate counselor.

With years of experience collaborating with doctors, I have learned that our mental & emotional cannot be treated independently.  The western medicine approach to healing is both compartmentalized and limited.  God created us as interconnected beings, therefore our mental, physical & spiritual health should be considered in any type of treatment.
